Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes are delivered 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seatpost. Basic tools and instructions are included in the box.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bikes that have been fully assembled or ridden outdoors.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects and components. The duration varies by brand, typically ranging from 1 year to a limited lifetime warranty on frames.
