Returns & Exchanges

At Bike Village, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with the manufacturer's packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bike Village account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
